LeadShop Phone Setup

To complete your phone number set-up, fill out the following form. Your personal and business information is protected. All information is used solely for the purpose of your LeadShop account setup and phone registration (A2P 10 DLC Registration).

A2P 10 DLC Phone registration with The Campaign Registry is required by US phone carriers to send SMS messages to U.S. phone numbers. To stay compliant with carriers and anti-spam requirements, we require these registrations to be completed as part of the account setup process.

Registrations require business information to reflect exactly how it is represented on tax forms and business registration documents, otherwise A2P 10 DLC registration may be rejected or delayed due to manual review by the TCR.

A2P 10 DLC Registration and Campaign Fees

A2P 10 DLC registration with the TCR charges a registration fee. To register your company (Brand) and messaging (campaign) a one-time registration fee of $20.95 is charged from TCR, not LeadShop. An additional campaign fee up to $12 per month (Business with Tax ID/EIN), or $2.25 (Sole Prop/no Tax ID) will apply in accordance with TCR rules.

No payment information is required in this form.

Note that you can complete the A2P registration by yourself, in the Phone Numbers tab found in Settings, then visit the Trust Center. Completing this registration increases your delivery rate and puts you ahead of marketing competition who have not completed registration requirements. TCR has explained that those who register will experience a significant decrease to spam labeling.

Purchase a Phone Number

As LeadShop runs marketing campaigns, SMS messages will send out to clients from your account. Pay-per-use pricing will apply.

When we set up your account, we'll first purchase a Toll Free number ($2.26/month) for your account messaging. This Toll Free number will be a verified number that will allow messaging to send from your account during the time your A2P 10 DLC registration approval is pending.

You may at any time add a local number ($1.21/month) that reflects the area code where you may be doing business.
