When you sign up for LeadShop, you are automatically given $10 of credits to use for SMS and email messaging. $10 will give you about 1204 texts or about 14,105 emails. There are pay-per-use messaging fees associated with using the messaging, but it is often minimal. The cost depends on you and how often you use it, as well as the size of the message.

The rates are based off of segment size. A segment is 160 characters. More than 160 characters will count as 2 segments. International rates may apply. We do not offer any discounts for bulk messaging. All rates are in USD.

We pride ourselves on going through the A2P Registration process for every phone number. Many companies leave their customers to navigate the process alone, while we'll assist you and even do it for you. Phone numbers may include additional monthly charges of $1.21-$2.50 depending on area code and toll-free status.

Many customers use the built-in soft phone to reach clients. All call rates are in USD per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute. No discounts are provided. $10 will give you about 680 outbound calls or 1125 inbound calls. Power dialing plans are available through ourFull Width WAVV integration, plans sold separately.
